Delivery & Returns

Delivery- Handling and processing can take 1-3 days and normal delivery should take 1-5 working days with the exception of made to measure products, normal delivery on these items is 5-7 working days but at busy periods it can take 12 working days. We post from multiple locations so your order may turn up in multiple packages but rest assured you are only ever charged one delivery price for the entire order. Please note that Scottish Highlands and hard to reach postcodes will be liable for a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for clarification if you are unsure about your location.

14-day money back guarantee- We offer a money back guarantee for all items except custom-made products such as made to measure products like blinds and curtains. If you wish to return an item under this guarantee it must be returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging and no signs of use. If the item is returned and is not resalable then a percentage of the original cost will be withheld, you will be advised of this cost when you email to return an item. All items return costs are the customer's responsibility and we advise a tracking service to be used.

Refunds not under the 14-day- Will only be given if we are unable to replace a damaged or faulty good.

Responsibility for incorrectly measured blinds lies entirely with the customer and no refunds can be made where measuring mistakes or incorrectly inputted sizes have been entered.

No refunds will be given for incorrect fitting/use of products

A free sample service is available so we cannot be held responsible if the colour of the blind/material does not match the electronic image.

If a product is damaged please email a picture of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to info@mbhomefurnishing.co.uk

All items are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations except made to measure products which are classed as custom goods and no returns will be accepted for any reason other than standard guarantee returns.

All items returned for any reason will be refunded less original postage costs and return postage is to be covered by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility that the item is received by us in the condition you intend.
