If you need any help with measuring please refer to our guide via the link above or contact us and we will be happy to help.
Simply select the size above your measurements above and leave your exact sizes in millimeters at the checkout to get your product made to your exact size.

Inside Recess Fitting
  • Take the full recess measurement from wall to wall and order blind as "Recess Size".
Outside Recess Fitting
  • Measure the exact area you need the blind to cover and order "Blind Size".
  • Width and drop measurements should allow for overlap.
  • Please look out for items such as Dado Rails and Skirting whilst measuring.

Matching pelmet valance

Matching pelmet valance - The wooden pelmet will be left at the standard size so it can be used to cover the metal head rail if fitted outside the window recess. The pelmet is mitered on one end only. This means that the wooden pelmet will need cutting down. This can easily be done with a fine wood saw or hack saw.

Unfinished ends

These blinds are cut from standard blinds so the ends will be unfinished/painted. This is not normally a problem as the ends are not visible when placed inside a window recess.
